Our state-of-the-art standalone products offer safety functions for any application: drives, emergency stop, temperature, and more to choose from.
The SAFEONE standalone products offer state-of-the-art safety features at an unbeatable price.
The compact housing with its industry-standard design even fits in the smallest switchboard.
Choose from screw clamp or spring clip configurations for quick and easy wiring.
The sensor-less standstill and speed monitoring systems work without a measurement system, a unique feature in this compact size. They safely monitor 1- to 3-phase motors to up to 600V AC at PL e.
The standstill monitoring device DN3PS2 measures the electromagnetic force of a stopping engine. The volt-free outputs toggle when falling below the pre-configured switching threshold.
The SAFEONE DN3PD1/DN3PD2 speed monitoring modules monitor a speed range (SSR), a reduced speed (SLS) or a maximum speed (SSM).
With this variant, the frequency specified by the drive is reliably monitored.
On the SAFEONE DN3PD1, configuration and diagnostics are carried out with just one button and the two-color LED display directly on the front panel. Commissioning and troubleshooting can be carried out quickly and without additional tools.
In contrast, our latest development SAFEONE DN3PD2 can be easily configured via the innovative go-beyond software and USB interface.
The compact phase monitor reacts in light speed in case of phase failure (less than 10 ms). It comes with semiconductor outputs and contact outputs and is suitable for phase voltages up to 600V AC.
The emergency stop relay comes preconfigured for your application needs and is available with un-delayed, off-delayed, or on-delayed contact outputs.
Alternatively, there is a variant with a programmable time delay.
The temperature controller system monitors temperature with PT100 sensors or alternatively with thermo elements. Additionally, it functions as an anti-freeze protection.
The system is cascadable and the included configuration software enables easy computer-based programming and online diagnostics.
Up to 4 controlling circuits can be created with a single controller, which comes with 4 contact outputs and an analogue output (4-20 mA) to drive a power controller.
The control panel displays set value, actual value and the status of the system and doubles as a configuration tool for all controller modules.
