Recycling of used products

DINA Elektronik offers first-class and long-lasting products that offer you real added value. During the production cycle, we use high-quality materials that we actively encourage to be recycled. This ensures that our products are returned and recycled in order to fulfil our own quality standards.

If you have used an item from DINA Elektronik and would like to dispose of it properly, we will be happy to assist you. Contact our team and we will help you dispose of it correctly in accordance with the applicable legal regulations in your country. In the European Union, these regulations are based on Directive 2012/19/EU. We are always available to answer any questions you may have about taking back used products.

Important aspects

that should be considered

It is the responsibility of the user to remove personal data from items to be disposed - please ensure that this is completed before returning them to us or one of our service partners. Please ensure that this is completed before you send it back to us or our service partners
If the item contains batteries, please remove them before returning the item, as long as this can be done in a damage-free manner. Information on battery removal can be found in the instruction manuals, which you can also find here
Please label shipments containing a lithium-ion battery with the appropriate dangerous goods labelling
All products in our range that are regulated in accordance with the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) are labelled with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. This labelling means that these products must be collected separately at the end of their service life and fed into the recycling process to ensure proper disposal.

Suggestions for a faster return process

Please contact us via our website, by telephone or by e-mail in order to request an RMA number (returns number).

Please consider the requirements below to ensure a smooth processing of your return:

Registration is required before returning the parcel and the parcel must be labelled "Return for proper disposal in accordance with the WEEE Directive"
When registering your return, please provide detailed information on the types and quantities of items to be returned
Please label the return on the delivery note with the RMA number (return number) and the reason for the return
Please attach the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the return packaging
Our returns processing requires prior notification. Returns of items without prior notification cannot be processed and will be returned to the sender
