Main focus: Wiring, manual parameterization, GO:BEYOND software
Duration: 90 min - 1 day
Target group: Maintenance staff, technicians who want to commission small systems independently
Contents:
Introduction to the safety switching devices speed monitor, standstill monitor, compact control, rotational direction monitor, phase monitor, time and emergency stop relay
Wiring and initial commissioning on the training board
Parameterization manually and via the GO:BEYOND software
System expansion and fault diagnosis
SAFELINE VARIO Basis
Main focus: Hardware design, software setup, simple applications
Duration: 1-2 days
Target group: Programmers, maintenance engineers, electricians and machine operators
Contents:
Wiring, programming, commissioning and diagnosing faults in the SAFELINE VARIO system
Part 1: Wiring principles, system architecture and installation of the SAFELINE VARIO Designer
Part 2: Programming basic function blocks (emergency stop, safety gate monitoring) and fault diagnostics
SAFELINE VARIO Expert
Main focus: Complex logic, integration of bus systems, project management
Duration: 2-3 days
Target group: Experienced PLC programmers, safety engineers and application developers
Contents:
Integrating complex safety applications, managing bus systems and using advanced diagnostics
Part 1: Standardization, programming of sequences and state machines
Part 2: Configuration of bus system interfaces (Profinet, EtherCAT) and safe data communication
Part 3: Using online diagnostics, managing versions and project archiving
