Our technical support team provides you with reliable assistance for all questions relating to our products. In addition to free basic support, we offer you extended technical support services as well as individual services tailored to your project.
Level 1: Free basic support

Provision of standard documentation
Our free basic support includes the processing of inquiries by telephone, e-mail, chat or form. The processing time is up to 15 minutes per request and does not require remote access.
Level 2: Paid technical support
Detailed remote fault analysis
Checking circuit diagrams
Our Level 2 support takes effect if the processing time exceeds 15 minutes or as soon as remote access is required. Costs are only incurred after prior information and approval.

Software development and modification
Our Level 3 service offers individual support for your projects, from application development to software modification and individual training.
In the event of warranty or hardware faults: The analysis of possible hardware faults or warranty cases via remote support is free of charge for you. However, if the cause lies in incorrect programming or improper use by the user, the analysis time will be charged retrospectively.
