Safety pioneers since 1987

In 1987, company founder Dirar Najib invented the first speed and standstill monitoring device in the basement of his home. With a clear vision, a great deal of passion, and the courage to break new ground, he laid the foundation for DINA.

As an engineer, he recognized the challenges of automation early on and decided to put his idea into practice: safety technology that allows humans and machines to work together in a spirit of trust.

We are more than just a developer of pioneering safety technologies for machines and systems. We see ourselves as pioneers who are actively shaping the progress of automation.

Since 2020, we have been shaping collaboration at DINA holocratically – with full transparency, personal responsibility, and efficiency. Instead of traditional hierarchies, we rely on autonomous circles in which decisions are made based on roles. This enables short communication channels and agile development in a team that continuously generates new ideas.
